The main area of our machining is made up by high precision turned parts that cover a range of between 0.5mm in Diameter and 20 mm. adapting ourselves to the strictest specifications required by our customers.

Our main concern is continuous evolution in the development of new technologies, equipment and processes. Industrias Teixidó has promoted the possibility of creating products and services made to measure to meet the customers' requirements. For this reason the R&D Department designs, builds and puts the final touch to machinery that is specially adapted to the projects proposed by the customer.

In this way we are able to be highly cost-effective for each product and provide maximum added value. Our Technical Department has a team of highly qualified staff who are fully capable of carrying out the most advanced research both in the field of production process rationalisation and also the creation of our own technology for the development of new products.

The very latest technologies such as “hard turning” for tempered materials, ‘Höning' for the milling of small holes or “chemical de-burring” for the elimination of burrs on the edges of drilled or milled holes, which involves a great advance in the manufacture of complex parts.

Equipment: Multi-spindle lathes with the very latest generation numeric control, and single-spindle sliding head lathes that give us high capacity production and maximum flexibility all at the same time.

Transfer machines designed for specific applications that facilitate adapted production. We have integrated milling, grinding, barrel polishing, sanding, heat and surface treatment, precision cleaning, computer aided vision, all the guarantee the suitability of each process.

Processes: We are specialised in the machining of all types of materials: alloyed metals, stainless, titanium, bonze, aluminium, technical plastics and other special materials.
